I purchased a course. How do I access it?

All of your That Calm Mom® purchases can be accessed through your online course library.

LOG INTO MY COURSES

If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

I can’t log in to my account. What should I do?

First, make sure you’re trying to log in with the same email address you used when purchasing your That Calm Mom® program.

If your email address isn’t recognized after trying the email address(es) you may have purchased with, we’ll need to look up your purchase.

I forgot my password or I’m not receiving my password reset email.

Go to the login page below and select Forgot Password.

RESET MY PASSWORD

Make sure you’re entering the same email address you used when purchasing.

After requesting a password reset, please check your:

Please allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.

I purchased a course but didn’t receive an email.

You do not need to wait for your purchase email to access your course.

First, check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders for your purchase email.

You can also access your purchases directly through your That Calm Mom® course library:

If you can successfully log in but the course you purchased still isn’t showing in your library, follow the instructions under:

First, log into your That Calm Mom® course library through the website:

Make sure your course appears there.

Then log out of the Kajabi app and log back in using the same email address and password you used on the website.

If the course appears on the website but still does not appear correctly in the Kajabi app, the issue may be with the app rather than your That Calm Mom® account.

Where can I find my Control Your Anger™ bonuses?

Your Control Your Anger™ resources are available through your course library.

Quick Calm Down Method for Parents can be found in the first module.

Quick Calm Down Method for Kids can be found in the final module and is labeled as a bonus.

Calm Communication Formula appears as a separate course in your library.

Does Control Your Anger™ work for toddlers, teens, ADHD, autism, or other parenting situations?

Control Your Anger™ focuses primarily on helping you, the parent, understand and change your own reactions.

The tools are designed to help you recognize your triggers, regulate yourself during difficult parenting moments, reduce yelling and reactive responses, and respond more intentionally.

Because the program focuses on the parent’s response rather than trying to change a specific type of child, the core tools can be applied across many ages, temperaments, and family situations.

The program is educational and is not a substitute for individualized medical, mental health, or developmental care.

Because the majority of our community is made up of moms, Andrea often uses language directed toward moms in her content and programs, but the parenting and emotional regulation tools themselves are not limited to moms.

What are Andrea’s qualifications ?

Andrea Maher holds a BA in Sociology and a Certificate in Criminal Justice from UMass Amherst. She is also a Certified Anger Management Professional through Century Anger Management and a Certified Respectful Discipline Parenting Coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting.

She brings her background in human behavior, anger management, and parenting education together to help parents better understand and change their own reactions.
